Vice President Print Jeana Outtara

With over 25 years of experience in the print media industry, Jeana began her career in 1998 and is currently the Production Manager at the Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper. Her creative and leadership skills have greatly contributed to several prominent publications, including Indiana Minority Business Magazine, Minority Business Review, The Indianapolis Star, The Indianapolis Business Journal, Diversity Focus Today and others, where she has excelled as a graphic designer, production manager, and creative director.

In addition to her work in media, Jeana is a co-owner of Jael LLC, a family-run skincare products company founded in 2013 with her sisters and mother, known for its natural shea butter-based offerings.

Jeana is deeply committed to community service, actively participating as a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, President of the Women and Minority Small Business Market, Immediate Past President of the Indianapolis Chapter of Indiana Black Expo, board member of the Outdoor Youth Exploration Association and a member of the Chi Chi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Her dedication to excellence and community engagement continues to inspire and elevate those around her.
