Cameron Ridle may be a familiar name, face and voice to Central Indiana. 

The Indianapolis native's broadcast career started on Indianapolis Radio One stations WTLC-FM, WTLC-AM and WHHH-FM. Today Cameron is hard to miss appearing daily on FOX59, CBS4 and Sunday Mornings on 106.7 WTLC and HOT 100.9.

At the age of 19, Cameron worked alongside legendary broadcaster Amos Brown. Brown called Cameron his 'prodigy' and even allowed Cameron to serve as his fill-in host on his highly popular radio show, 'Afternoons with Amos.' After proving himself the microphone, Cameron anchored newscasts on 106.7 FM during the 'Tom Joyner Morning Show', and on WTLC-AM during the 'Yolanda Adams Morning Show.'  It wasn't long before Radio One launched a talk show with Cameron as host, talking to a younger audience on 'Indy Speaks with Cameron Ridle' on HOT 96.3 WHHH-FM. Through the years, the show has become a weekly appointment for newsmakers and radio listeners. The show, now known as "Open Lines with Cameron Ridle" has expanded to air on 106.7 WTLC and HOT 100.9.

After 4 years at Radio One, Cameron joined WNEM-TV in Saginaw/Flint, Michigan. While covering the Flint water crisis, Cameron quickly rose from Reporter, to Weekend Morning Anchor to Weekend Evening Anchor. Then from extreme cold to extreme heat, Cameron traded Michigan for Phoenix, Arizona, reporting for KPHO and KTVK where he earned his first Emmy nominations and appearances on national TV.

Cameron returned to Indiana to join Indianapolis ABC Station WRTV, where he lead coverage of the civil unrest happening in the streets of Indy following the deaths of Dreasjon Reed and George Floyd. His reporting on residents unfairly being pushed out of the "I-70 Mobile Home Park" led to Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill suing the land owners, which caused every resident of the park to be paid out for their property.

At FOX59 and CBS4 Cameron has anchored nearly every newscast on both stations in addition to reporting every morning on FOX59 Morning News at CBS4 This Morning. In 2023 Cameron was the co-moderator at the 2023 Mayoral Debate. Since joining FOX59 and CBS4 in 2022 Cameron has covered every major breaking news story that happens in the morning, including the Richmond Indiana Warehouse fire, that he covered nationally for CBS This Morning.
